Scope

This policy explains how FIQ AI Inc. (“FIQ”, “we”) handles information on our marketing website, www.fiq.ai, including messages you send through the contact form that our Contact Us buttons open. Use of the FIQ app at app.fiq.ai is covered by the FIQ app privacy policy.

Information We Collect

The website has no sign-up and no forms of its own. Its Contact Us buttons open our contact form at app.fiq.ai/contact-us. If you submit that form, we receive your full name, email address and message, plus the inquiry topic if the form shows one (for example, “Inquiring about FIQ.AI”). To filter spam, the form also checks how quickly it was submitted and briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions.

When you visit, our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. This data may appear in server logs. If the link you used to reach us includes campaign tags (such as utm_source), the Contact Us button in the Learn More section passes them along in its link to the contact form.

How We Use Information

We use contact-form messages only to respond to and follow up on your inquiry about FIQ, and technical request data only to deliver and secure the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists.

Service Providers

• Vercel hosts www.fiq.ai and the FIQ app, including the contact form and the teaser video.
• Resend delivers contact-form messages to our team by email.
• Google Fonts serves the website’s typeface, so your browser requests it from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information.

The website and contact form are hosted in the United States.

Cookies and Trackers

www.fiq.ai does not set cookies, does not store information in your browser, and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. The contact form at app.fiq.ai is part of the FIQ app; any browser storage there is described in the app’s privacy policy.

Retention

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up on your inquiry.

Your Choices

You can request access to or deletion of your inquiry by emailing privacy@fiq.ai.

Children

The website is not directed at children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date shown at the top of this page.
